Referral Rewards – Terms and Condions of Use

1.  Eligibility

This Bonus is open only to any U.S. resident under the following terms and conditions.

2.  Persons Who May Be Referred

Any resident or property owner within the state of Texas, with whom you have a pre-existing personal or business relationship and who you believe would like to receive a free insurance quote (a “Friend”).

• You must not obtain referral names from any source other than your personal or business contacts.
• You must not refer yourself for this Bonus.
• A referral may only be submitted one (1) time.

3.  No “Fake” Referrals

Referrals are not valid if:

• The contact information is false or incorrect.
• We are unable to contact the referral.
• The referral is not willing to provide basic information required for a quote.
• The referral has not been informed or made aware that Atlas Auto Insurance will contact them.

4.  Number of Referral Bonuses

For a limited time, there are no restrictions on the number of referral bonuses you may earn.

5.  Referral Reward Credited to You

You will receive a gift card of your choice for each eligible Friend referred who:

• Is not a current customer of Atlas Auto Insurance at the time of referral.
• Completes all bonus requirements, including:
• Speaking to an Atlas Auto Insurance Representative
• Providing necessary information to receive a free quote

6.  Remedies for Noncompliance

If Atlas Auto Insurance determines you have violated these Terms, it may:

• Cancel or withhold all Referral rewards (past or pending)
• Revoke any associated benefits—without notice

7.  Consent to Use of Data

By participating, you consent to Atlas Auto Insurance using your name and email address to contact your Friends for Bonus processing.

• You agree not to use false names or email addresses.

8.  Your Representations and Warranties

You confirm that:

• You have a genuine relationship with the person you are referring.
• You believe they would be interested in receiving a free quote.
• You authorize Atlas Auto Insurance to contact your referral using the information provided.

9.  Bonus Period

Atlas Auto Insurance reserves the right to cancel, pause, or modify the Bonus program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

10.  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Atlas Auto Insurance and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any damages arising from participation in this Bonus. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Direct or indirect losses
• Consequential damages
• Loss of income, data, or property
• Third-party claims

11.  Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Atlas Auto Insurance regarding the Referral Rewards Bonus.

12.  Modification of Terms

Atlas Auto Insurance may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

• All updates will be posted on this page.
• You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.

13.  Currency

All amounts listed are in U.S. dollars.

14.  Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.  Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Fort Worth, Texas, for any disputes arising from or related to this program.
